Although a conference is sometimes an isolated event, invariably it is a tangible milestone in an organisations’ strategy. A means of grouping members together to share opinion and best practice, hear from illuminating speakers and to wander around a marketplace to find out what’s new in education products and services.
At CSW, we provide a sliding scale of input, ranging from the creation and delivery of a conference from just a theme, to the provision of perhaps just a marketplace of exhibitors.
The cost? Our aim is to provide at least a cost neutral event, by ensuring the cost of an entire conference is paid for by the sponsorship we raise and the exhibitors we are able to attract. In most instances, we share the net profit, which means that we take a lot of the event and marketplace organisation off your hands and then provide you with a cheque for the privilege of doing all the work for you – no wonder we are often told “it’s a no brainer!”
Venue Finding Service
Over the years we have experienced many different types and qualities of venue and we are happy to share our opinions and venue relationships, in order to identify the most appropriate setting and cost to suit your requirements and budget.
Catering
We supply catering from a number of approved caterers, both niche and regional, with an emphasis on locally sourced produce whenever possible.
Equipment for Hire
Our partners Stage Engage are able to provide a turnkey solution, from advice and guidance, equipment hire or full-scale audio visual lighting and sound, staging and technical support services for conferences, exhibitions, presentations, product launches, corporate parties and live events.
Event Marketing and Website Design
We’ve partnered with a fantastic Devon company called Web Wise Media. They help businesses and organisations of all shapes and sizes to create websites and marketing campaigns.
