Conferences South West is pleased to invite you to attend the above event to be held at Dillington House, Nr Ilminster.

The audience for the exhibition are ICT and Computing coordinators, teachers and senior management from Somerset primary and secondary schools and will be extended to schools in surrounding local authorities.  The organisers anticipate between 80-100 delegates.

Exhibitors will be located in The Garden and Butlin rooms where refreshments will be served throughout the conference.  A split lunch for delegates will be served in the main house to allow viewing time throughout the lunch period.

Please see the attached overall site plan, showing where the exhibition rooms are located in relation to the main conference area which will be held in The Theatre (No. 11) and the main house where lunch will be served.  The seminars will be held in Studios 1 & 2 (Nos 16 and 17) and The Courtyard room (No. 8 and The Cameron room (No. 7).

When returning the booking form please ensure I have your up to date high-res logo as these will be included on their website.  Please see . more information.

Wi-fi is available free of charge and we have been advised by Dillington House that the wireless broadband signal has been upgraded.

Should you be unable to participate in person, then there is still an opportunity for you to promote your company by providing us with your leaflet or promotional items to be given out to the delegates on the day.  Please complete the attached booking form, indicating for which exhibition they are intended, at least two weeks prior to the event to the address on the booking form.

Once again we are running the very popular prize draw to encourage the delegates to your stand.  For a small sum of £25 you can contribute towards prizes that Conferences South West will purchase or you are welcome to provide your own prize of at least to the same value.  Please send your logo as a hi res jpeg (if you have not already done so) for inclusion on the prize draw card.  Delegates will be given these cards on arrival, and will be asked to visit participating stands to obtain a signature from yourselves against your logo.  Once the card has a full set of signed logos, they will fill in their details and return them to me to be drawn at the end of the day.
